The dancer and YouTuber was not at all happy about what her former Dance Moms co-star had to say about their teacher, Abby Lee Miller! Brooke Hyland shaded the famous dance instructor so Jojo Siwa was quick to defend her and clap back at the other teen.
It all started with a TikTok from Brooke in which she seemed to shade her relationship with Abby these days.
In the meantime, the video has been deleted but in it, Brooke reveals that she got a Facebook friend suggestion from Abby.
Then, she turns to the camera, shakes her head in disbelief and cringes!
In response, Jojo wrote: ‘It’s one thing to just not add her back. It’s another to post it…’
As fans know, Brooke and her younger sister Paige cut all ties with Abby Lee Miller’s dance studio and TV show following a physical fight between their mother and Abby herself.
In fact, things got so explosive between the two women that Abby ended up pressing charges back in 2014 against Kelly, which were then dismissed.
But that was not the end of their conflict! Kelly followed it all up with not one but two lawsuits against Abby Lee Miller, one of them being her seeking no less than $5 million in damages!
She alleged emotional distress, but also breach of contract, defamation, as well as assault.
Their legal drama ended up being settled in 2015.
As for Jojo, she is still close with Abby all these years after being on the show.
Unfortunately for Abby, she is one of the few that’s still loyal.
During a Us Weekly interview she dished not too long ago that: ‘I think Abby got hurt by a lot of people and it is really sad a lot of the people do not talk to her anymore. The same thing with the producers from Dance Moms. It is just sad because Abby is a good person. Even though you see her yelling at children on TV, like Abby made 7 stars. I wouldn’t be doing this if it was not for her. Maddie and Mackenzie [Ziegler] would not be where they are today without Abby.’
